Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-AP2M1(Cat# TA503015). Positive lysates [LY422484] (100ug) and [LC422484] (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.
