Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. Using a colorimetric detection system limit ~2 ng/lane and 25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. The detection limit ~10 ng/well. Hybridoma: Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, VitD BP from human plasma..
