Multiple isoforms of CLEC7A are known to exist.

CLEC7A antibody can be used for detection of CLEC7A by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 27 kDa Observed: 27 kDa. ELISA, IF, IHC, IHC-P (2.5 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) CLEC7A antibody can be used for detection of CLEC7A by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL.
