This antibody can be used for Western blotting (0.5-1 microg/ml), immunohistochemistry on formalin/paraffain embedded tissues (1-2 microg/ml) and immunoprecipitation (2 microg/mg of protein lysate). Antibody reacts with mutant as well as wild-type p53 protein. Optimal concentration should be evaluated by serial dilutions.
