NALP3 antibody can be used for detection of NALP3 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for Immunocytochemistry starting at 2 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 101, 114 kDa Observed: 110 kDa. ELISA, ICC (2 µg/ml), IF (20 µg/ml), IHC, IHC-P (2.5 - 5 µg/ml), WB (1 µg/ml) NALP3 antibody can be used for detection of NALP3 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL.
