Sustains pluripotency and self-renewal of human and mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs) by activation of the Wnt signaling pathway. Anti-leishmanial (IC50 = 0.150microM). Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase receptor RET inhibitor (IC50=0.51microM).
