  • Antibody Specificity
This antibody binds alpha-enolase, which is a glycolytic enzyme expressed in most tissues. It catalysis the conversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate. In addition to glycolysis, it is involved in various processes such as growth control, hyp
  • Application Supplier Note
The binding specificity of this antibody for alpha-enolase was done using ELISA. This antibody was also used for detection of alpha-enolase expressed in the PE089 cells using flow cytometry. This antibody was also used for immunofluorescent and immunocytochemical staining of alpha-enolase molecules expressed in PE089 cells (PMID: 20655599).
