The scFV-Fc fragment of the antibody bound specifically to human PD-L1 protein as confirmed by ELISA analysis. ELISA traces showed that the scFV-Fc fragment produced by VSV-sa5H1-eGFP infected BHK cells bound specifically to huPDL1 protein. scFv-Fc fragment detected human PD-L1 expressed on the surface of human 624mel/B7-H1 cells by flow cytometry (US20190169296).
