    The binding characterization of this antibody towards human, mouse and cynomolgus monkey PD-L1 was done using flow cytometry. This antibody was shown to block the binding of hPD-1-Fc protein to hPD-L1 expressed on the surface of the HEK-293T cells at a concentration of 10 microg/ml. The mouse version of this antibody was reported to inhibit patient derived melanoma tumor in tumor-bearing mice. There was also found an increase in the gene expression of CD8 and IFN-gamma in tumor samples from mice treated with mouse version of this antibody (US20180346571).
